The lovely town of Radovljica boasts a wonderful Old Town centre, which preserved the structure and design of a medieval town dating from the 14th and 15th century. A quiet, laid-back atmosphere invites you to take a moment and fully enjoy the charming feeling of the past.
The historical part of the town is full of authentically preserved buildings, cobbled streets, museums, galleries and restaurants. The Linhart Square is the centre of it all, lined with houses dating from the 16th century with picturesque Renaissance and Gothic façades. Take a relaxed stroll and stop at the tourist information centre for some honey chocolate.

The family run Lectar house offers a restaurant serving traditional Slovenian food, as well as a guest house, a gingerbread workshop and a museum. You can visit the live gingerbread-making workshop, and see for yourself how it is created. Admire the exhibition of the traditional honeydew hearts and decorate your heart to take home.
